Shipping policy

Printed Image Order Processing
Please allow up to 15 working days for your order to be delivered.  Our prints are made to order and this allows time for us to check your order, print and collect images from photo lab, quality check and pack your images ready for handover to the delivery service.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in your order.  They are based on the purchase amount which you add to your order at the checkout.

Delivery
Printed images are available for delivery within Australia only.  Delivery service is via Australia Post.  Shipping/posting costs includes the delivery provider fees for delivery, signature on delivery and insurance cover.  Further terms and conditions relating to shipping are contained in our terms and conditions.  

Digital Downloads
Digital images are not a physical product and are supplied as a download via email.
